work so you don't have to. You select the meals you want, or let me design a
menu tailored around your needs and wants. You will get everything you want
and nothing you don't. I do all the shopping, prep, cooking, packaging,
freezing and clean-up. All you have to do is remove your meals from the
freezer and place them in your refrigerator a day before you want to eat them.
