"Chef David was the guest of honor for my book club. Since we read "The Help," I
thought it would be fun to have a professional chef cook for us. He made the best
bruchettas I've ever had and I'm not a big fan of typical bruchetta. He went way beyond
the expected. His scarparella was rich, lots of texture and explosive flavor, the grilled the
evening timely. Please, I want more peach cobbler for my morning coffee.
