Kids' Culinary Boot Camp!!!

Chef David taught his buys to cook when they were very young. His oldest son was
cooking full dinners at age 13. His two sons now are tournant (assistant) chefs and Chef
David can teach your children to cook too!

In these
hands-on classes, kids will learn the basics of cooking (kitchen safety, wet and
dry cooking methods, how cooking changes food, measurements and knife skills). The
series consists of FOUR cook sessions lasting 3 to 3 ½ hours each. Extra sessions on
additional topics may be available after the series ends.

Your child will not only learn about cooking but in the process will learn weights and
measures, order of operation and teamwork, building self-esteem and confidence through
interaction with Chef David and other students. These classes go beyond teaching kids
how to follow a recipe; the actually learn and apply sound culinary theory.

Class size is limited to five or six students (depending on the age and maturity of the
students). Classes are held in Ahwatukee.  The next series will begin late summer.
